The Appeal
The Volkswagen Beetle is a car that perfectly fits many forms. The sheer versatility of those simple mechanics and that free-spirited nature has lent the car perfectly into customisation efforts. The Beach Buggy is arguably the most iconic of these - for decades, Beetles have been fitted with big ol' tyres and lightweight fibreglass shells to create a frenetic, high-octane dune diver.
This particular one underwent a comprehensive body-off restoration in 2018, and was reportedly treated to the very first Predator body shell from a brand-new mould by Fibrecraft of Cambridge. The current owner has spared no expense to create a truly one-off spec that's perfectly suited to roaming the sands, as evidenced by its impressive collection of show trophies!
It's in truly excellent condition - you could eat your lunch off of that suspension - and we expect it'll garner plenty of attention.

History and Paperwork
- Originally converted from a Volkswagen Beetle in the late 1980s
