A lovely example of the Triumph TR4A.
The TR4 was always a great looking car designed by stylist Michelotti, in 1965 it was upgraded to the TR4A, the upgrade bought independent rear suspension (IRS) giving significantly improved ride and handling.
Mechanically the car benefits from electronic ignition and an electric fan with a spin on oil filter, a narrow belt alternator and a pair of Stromberg 175CD carbs. The exhaust system is stainless steel straight through.
The overdrive system works perfectly on second, third and fourth gears giving a total of seven gears!
Underneath the car has been protected with stone guard treatment and wheel arch liners and is in very good condition.
The interior is excellent with a recently installed burr elm dashboard, door card tops, a new wooden gear knob and three spoke Moto Lita steering wheel, carpets are all new and additional sound is installed.
The "surrey top" gives great versatility.
Comes with comprehensive paperwork and receipts.
