As corroborated by the Aston Martin Heritage Trust (AMHT), this V8 is an original LHD factory manual car.

First supplied and registered to the United States of America on the 1st January 1986. It resided in the States until the 1st December 2017, when it was repatriated to the UK, where it underwent an extensive restoration.
The restoration was carried out by Aston Martin Specialists, Runnymede Motor Company between 2018-2019. The exhaustive list of works is fully documented within the car's history file.
Notable highlights include the refurbishment of the prop-shaft, replacement of the clutch and new leather gaiter. A bare metal restoration with the paintwork of Winchester Blue. The headlining and Mohair hood have been replaced, as well as new carpets for the centre console. The chrome bumper has been stripped and re-chromed, and a full restoration of the V8 wood set.
The V8 also benefits from its factory air conditioning and the more tasteful yet subtle Ronal wheels.
Most recent servicing and other mechanical works have been carried out by Aston Martin Specialists Richards of England in June 2025.
