Opis
This superb driving MGB Roadster was first registered in October of 1969. We first welcomed this car into stock in August 2023 and sold it to a local classic car enthusiast before we had chance to market it. Since taking delivery, the York-based gentleman has spent over £16, 000 on maintenance and improvements notably converting the car to wire wheels, having a new rear bumper, and boot rack fitted.
The year after we first supplied the car, it came back to our Malton Coachworks garage for an MOT and service, also in 2025 the car was fitted with a full new clutch kit, slave cylinder, and speedo cable. Recently, in February of 2026 the MGB was driven to us again for its annual service, MOT and an ignition service. Whilst the B hasn’t covered many miles, it has been used regularly on fair days and came back to us over the winter period for professional storage.
XRJ 182H comes back to us at the showroom very pleasantly presented and in excellent mechanical condition. Starting on the first turn of the key, this MGB is everything you would expect on the road, spritely and nimble and the overdrive comes in smoothly. Overall this is a well presented, well looked after example the presents good value.
