The Appeal
The XJS was not a car of subtlety. Big, bold lines with a distinctly angular flavour, rear buttresses and a palatial cabin - not to mention big, powerful engines. For a company that was expected to rest on the laurels of the E-Type, it was a real change of flavour - and one that's endured just as much. To this day, if you think of an iconic Jag, it's doubtless close to the tip of your tongue.
This particular 1993 car is a real looker. Picked out in a striking Flamenco Red, it's a highly original car, a perfect ambassador for its much-loved model and is eminently drivable - ready and waiting to be driven away with a long MOT.
