The Appeal
The MGA represented a stylistic departure for MG when launched in 1955, with its sleek, aerodynamic body replacing the upright T-series that preceded it. The MGA's shape was honed at Le Mans, specifically to attain maximum velocity down the famous Mulsanne Straight.
This 1959 MGA Roadster has been reimported from the USA and converted to right-hand drive, making it a more practical proposition for UK roads. With just two former UK registered keepers since 1990, this MGA has clearly made a great impression on its handful of keepers.

The car benefits from careful maintenance and considerate use, having always been garaged and never driven in wet conditions during current ownership. With recently reupholstered leather seats, a new hood, and a collection of spare parts from its rebuild, this MGA offers an appealing package for the classic British sports car enthusiast.
The vendor comments:
"It drives nicely with a really sweet gearbox. Open-air driving in a car where you can hear the burble from the straight-through silencer is one of life's pleasures."
