The Appeal
Some cars have history files. Some cars are their history files. With an astonishing 10 bulging lever arch files of records, this lovely 1959 TR3A definitely fits in the latter category.
The result is a really entertaining drive with the free revving engine working in harmony with the competition overdrive gearbox supported by suspension and cooling upgrades to give a car for spirited driving or regularity rallying. The history file details all the upgrades care and attention lavished on this visually superb TR. The car keeps excellent oil pressure and the addition of a Kenlowe fan keeps the car in the correct temperature window too.
