The Appeal
Named after Lutèce, the ancient name for Paris, the Autobianchi Bianchina Lutèce stands out thanks to Luigi Rapi's design, which gives it a more classical and elegant silhouette than the Fiat 500 from which it derives. With its three-box bodywork, pronounced wings and chrome trim, it presents a more sophisticated appearance than the little Fiat.
This 1970 example is said to have undergone restoration covering the bodywork, paint, mechanics and interior. It is presented today in a well-maintained condition, with blue bodywork paired with a four-seat beige vinyl interior.
Since acquisition by the seller, the car has benefited from approximately €1,800 of mechanical work, including a service, electrical work, tyre and battery replacement. This work was carried out by Classic Automobiles Toulouse specialist. The corresponding invoice is part of a historical file that also includes documents and invoices dating back to the 1990s.
The displayed mileage of 41,539 km is stated as correct by the seller, but is unverified. With a substantial documentary file, French classic car registration and an MOT valid until September 2031, this Bianchina Lutèce presents a coherent package for a model of this era.
