The Appeal
For enthusiasts of the classic Range Rover, opportunities like this do not come along often. This ‘82 3dr was extensively restored by Jarauto in 2020 and has covered just 202kms since. The result of around €40,000 investment is a virtually ‘as new’ V8 Range Rover which would be difficult to replicate.
Now finished in Portofino Red with a tan fabric interior, it is a fabulous-looking vehicle in restoration-fresh condition. All areas received attention including bodywork, chassis, paintwork and interior. The mechanicals such as the engine, gearbox and transfer case have all been fully rebuilt.
The project is only for sale due to the current keeper’s ill health. There are a few very minor cosmetic jobs requiring completion such as fitting side sills and carpets, but the serious hard work and investment has already been done.
It can be driven and enjoyed now. With those little detail jobs done, this has the makings of a show star.
