The Appeal
Khan’s relationship with Aston Martin and its customers is a long one. When the firm supplied the wheels for the factory DBS show car, it was a natural step to develop its own aftermarket take on that elevated model.
The result was the DB9S package that evolves the car’s handsome yet understated styling with something altogether more strident. On this Onyx Black example, it blends well with the firm’s lines, adding carbon fibre highlights plus skirts and diffusers to pump up the look. Inside this car’s high specification custom burgundy and anthracite suede and leather cabin is upgraded with DB9S embroidered seat backs.
Beyond the Khan kit, this is a very impressive DB9. With a few miles under its wheels, it is in good order, even though those 20" Kahn RSV black alloys show a few signs of use. The service history is impressive, showing a run of stamps by specialists irrespective of mileage. Despite covering less than 1,000 miles since 2023, it has been serviced three times, most recently in July 2025 at 62,415 miles.
The vendor acquired the car in 2015. Alongside servicing, he reports that in recent years the radiator has been changed, the suspension uprated, an improved oil cooler fitted and a Stage 2 Larini exhaust installed.
With MOT to May 2026 with no advisories, a distinctive plate and even an Ian Callum signature on the dashboard, this is a stand-out car for someone who wants their DB9 with a little more edge.
