The Appeal
No 911 is anything short of extremely good, but the original 997 was a bit of a stumble. The Gen II fully rectified that, introducing a new engine, the clever PDK gearbox and sharper handling.
This silver metallic Turbo benefits from those improvements. Its first keeper added nearly £8,000 of options to its already extensive standard features, including the Sport Chono Package, 19in black RS Spyder centre locks and adaptive sports seats. In the intervening 15 years it has only covered 42,600 miles, which is supported by the service and MOT history.
The maintenance has been undertaken by main dealers and well regarded specialists like Porsche Klassiker. The last service was in September 2024 and we are told the next is not due until September 2026. Other work has included replacing the crossover pipes, which was done by Performance Porsche in 2022. The MOT runs to January 2027 with no advisories.
