THE STORY:
This Yamaha XS2 650 Street Twin is one of the original 78 imported by Mitsui in 71 for the 72 season but they took forever to move on, they appeared on K, L and M plates and possibly as late as a P plate, hence finding one of the early "RARE" UK bikes is now near impossible.
