Nicely finished in traditional maroon and black, this chrome radiator Austin Ten starts on-the-button and runs nicely with good oil pressure and a charging system that works. The gear change is good and the clutch has been renewed recently, as have the brake linings, cables and rear seals. The wheels are good and the tyres are all brand new. Body-wise, the panels are very good and the doors fit well. The paintwork is generally good with just a few age-related blemishes, and the chrome work is good. Internally is where there is need for a little improvement, but the car is priced accordingly. The rear seating is fine, as are the door cards, but the front seating really needs refurbishing, and it needs headlining and carpets. This is a lovely old car to use and improve and is an excellent entry into the pre-war car world. Comes with V5C.
