EXTERIOR
The menacing Black Sapphire body maintains a flawless metallic sheen under our studio lighting, the glossy carbon roof also pristine. As to be expected on such a late car with so few miles the finish is impeccable throughout, the paintwork having been treated to a protective ceramic coating when new. Being the desirable Competition Pack specification the attractive M styling is further enhanced with 20-inch light alloy Star-spoke wheels and exhaust tips finished in high-gloss black.
INTERIOR

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
This 2017 example has covered just 8k miles from new. The Competition Package means an increase of 19 horsepower over the standard M4. It also means unique adaptations to the Adaptive M Suspension, Active M Differential, Driving modes, and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). The magnificent twin-turbocharged straight six sounds incredible through the quad-pipe M Sports exhaust system. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via the seven-speed M double clutch transmission (M DCT). The running-in inspection was carried out by Vines BMW in Guildford at 1, 052 miles.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
It goes without saying but the 20-inch Star-spoke wheels look incredible on this M4. They remain in perfect condition all round, with absolutely no damage to report. The Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres are also in great order having seen just 8k miles of use. Between the spokes the blue M calipers present impeccably, and the drilled discs have plenty of meat left.
HISTORY FILE
The M4 was supplied new by Sytner Sunningdale in May 2017. The running-in inspection was carried out by Vines in August 2017 at 1, 052 miles. The first service is not due until May 2019.
