This Lovely Austin has just arrived with us. First registered in 1956 and still retaining its original number (which is now non transferable). I personally took this car out on road test yesterday and it drives superbly. The bodywork is all sound although there is room for improvement or just enjoy it how it is. The same story with the interior, just original and nicely aged. We have been told by the previous owner that it had a reconditioned engine and differential some years ago, although there is no documentation. The engine starts up willingly every time and has no untoward noises. Although the Austin is now mot exempt, we will supply it with a full years mot and carry out any repairs it may need.
