Description
Too many classics means sort out time!
I have two TVRs, both 1972. The Vixen is a very rare version that was built primarily for the US market, but just a few UK RHD cars were also built.
This car has had just four registered owners!
I have gone through the car mechanically and it will have a new MOT when sold (even though it is already MOT tested).
New brakes (master cylinder, calipers, discs, pads, pipes and flexis), new alternator, clutch hydraulics, radiator and hoses. Rebuilt electric cooling fan and radiator.
The body was removed from the chassis and the very sound chassis was all repainted.
The car is very original inside, even still having the original seats.
Not a concours car, but very sound and mechanically good with just some small cosmetics to do or leave if you like the original look.
Now rare, these cars, especially with this engine, are very collectible.
Alternatively, this would make a great 'roadsports' car, if you fancy a competitive racing car!
The other car is a 1972 Tuscan, originally fitted with a V6 but changed to a V8 very early in its life.
It has only had two owners from new and has its original green log book and delivery note from TVR.
Although an original UK RHD car, this one has been converted to LHD - obviously this could be returned to original if required.
So, two 1972 TVR cars for sale. Ideally, just one will sell.
The Vixen 2500 is just £18, 250 and the Tuscan V8 is £35, 000.
Please, no offers or time wasters - thank you!
