1988 Norton Rotary Interpol 2 Superbly presented in custom sport style , Very good looking bike and in excellent condition . The V5C records 3 former keepers and the odometer reads 1, 800 miles . I am informed this is from rebuild . The last owner has owned the Norton since 2006 and it has been extremely well maintained . The air cooled rotary Interpol was put into service with such bodies as the Police , AA and Ambulance . 100 air cooled models were released to the public and marketed as the the "Classic" . Latterly the water cooled rotary was launched for public purchase and was known as the Commando . All production ceased in 1992 with the all to familiar underfunding of the British motor cycle industry . So this example is a little unique , Its low , not to heavy and has electric start .
