1950 Ford F-2 Stepside Long Bed Pickup Flathead V8 with 4-speed floor change manual gearbox. Frame-off restoration completed in 2017 to original factory specification with all new two-tone paintwork. Built to show quality standard and has seen only a few hundred miles since completion. All newly re-chromed bright work and bumpers, new interior, new period white-wall tyres, tow bar, hardwood load deck and removable hardwood Hay-Rails.
A California vehicle imported into the UK in 2010 with the only alteration from stock being the conversion of the original dynamo to alternator and the fitting of a new electric wiper system. Rare and desirable rebuilt 255 4. 2 Flathead V8 and brake and suspension systems fully overhauled, restored or replaced. New triple Sunpro gauges fitted. We have also just had the original gearbox rebuilt and fitted a re-cored heater matrix that keeps the cabin toasty hot! Comes with restoration and workshop manuals and 6-months warranty, extendable for up to 2 years. Although now MOT exempt all our classic vehicles will be supplied with a new MOT at point of sale. Tax is of course free.
