1958 Rover 75 P4
The Rover P4 series appeared in 1949 and was a striking departure from the essentially pre-war style of its predecessor. Running through varoius series and engine sizes until 1964 the Rover P4 was the by-word for quality and luxury and this marque was favoured by politicians and captains of industry for many years.
This extremely smart example of the Rover 75 has been cherished by its owner over the past 24 years. Much money and time has been invested in this car which has included new leather interior, recent tyres, rear springs, new fuel tank, and rebuilt carburettor. New piston rings have been fitted and the head skimmed.
In all a very good example of this highly regarded motor car from the time when Rover was, to quote their advertising slogan - 'One of Britian's Fine Cars'. Ideal for comfortable, spacious family motoring or ideal for Wedding Car use.
