As classic specialists, it’s difficult to ignore these wonderful little sports cars, even if they are somewhat younger that our usual stock. This particular MX5 is no exception.
Apart from the very low documented mileage of 73k, a couple of things really make this one stand out. First of all, this is a genuine UK MX5, NOT an import. Secondly, it’s had only ONE previous owner from new, with the last custodian acquiring the car some 18 years ago.
As you would expect, the low mileage is supported by a raft of MOTs and service invoices, with the DVLA MOT site documenting its mileage back to 2005. The pics hopefully give you an idea of how clean the car is, both inside and out, but please just ask if you’d like any specific shots taken.
Being the 1. 8, the car is extremely lively, and its easy to understand the many folks who say that this is the car that the MG should have been. It starts, runs and stops impeccably, and is a delight to drive.
