This beautiful Marcos won the Best Marcos presented at the Classic British Welcome staged at Saint Saturnin near Le-mans in 2017. This Marcos was first owned by British national treasure the late great John Noakes of the BBC Blue Peter fame. There is a wealth of paperwork that is part of the sale including copies of the original factory build file, with correspondents’ between Marcos and John. It has recently undergone a glorious refurbishment with many new parts and upgrades. All the usual Marcos equipment such as the unique adjustable pedals and electric windows are fitted along with a 5 speed gear box which transforms the drivability of the Ford V6 Essex power plant. New Webasto sunroof and freshly re-trimmed in black leather. Fitted with a traditional walnut veneer dash board hosting the classic white over black Smiths instruments gives you that snug luxury sports car feel. Alloy wheels, stainless steel exhaust, alternator conversion and an alloy radiator are just some of the new parts fitted.
