This lovely Mazda MX5 1. 8i MK2 was supplied by Mazda dealer Olympic of Exeter and first registered on 26th May 2000 to its first lady owner in Teignmouth, Devon. Shec kept the car for 15 years and then sold it to the second lady owner in 2015. It has now covered 79, 000 miles from new with a full and comprehensive service history and is currently MOT'd until June 2020.
The car is finished in British Racing Green Metallic with Black/ Grey cloth trim, new Black Vinyl Soft Top with Heated Glass Rear window, Hood Cover, Wind deflector, Sony Stereo/ CD Player, 1. 8 Fi Engine, 5 Speed Gearbox, Power Assisted Steering, Electric Windows, Driver & Passenger Air Bags, Factory Hard Top, original Alloy Wheels with set of almost new Michelin Energy Tyres.
This car has been very well maintained and there are lots of invoices and a fully stamped Service Book to prove + in April this year it had new front and rear Brake Disc's and Pads and new Brake Calipers all round costing almost £900!
These little Mazda's are excellent cars to drive and are known for their reliability and low maintenance costs plus low insurance as they are now eligible for cheap classic car insurance. There are a few marks around the car as you might expect for a car of this age, but nothing drastic and very minor, but most importantly no rust in any of the common areas!
Why not have some cheap and great 'top down' motoring this autumn and when the weather does deteriorate, you can always put the Hard Top on!
