Exterior Features
The Mercedes has had two new front wings and is not suffering from the usual problem rust areas for this model. The exterior is very clean for the age of the vehicle and is finished in the original factory metallic colour. The last owner invested in a complete stainless steel exhaust system which cost quite a bit of money as it was custom made for the vehicle.
Wheels & Tyres
The wheels are genuine Mercedes 16" 5 spoke alloys and are in good condition.
Interior Components
The CLK has cream leather seats which have been kept very well and the carpets are clean as well as all components being in-tact. The car has lots of optional extras including a double-din DVD player and screen and a SATNAV
Mechanics
The vehicle has been stored since 2016 inside a garage and is currently a non-runner. The last MOT expired in 2016 and it has not been on the road since but has been run a few times and the engine does turn over. It will be simple to fix for someone who is mechanical and we have given the car a visual inspection to see that it has a small oil leak which is the only main issue to resolve prior to being on the road again. We have just moved premises and we currently do not have the space to keep the vehicle which is why we are selling as it is.
Service & Maintenance History
The original service book is with the vehicle as well as some receipts for more recent services and work. There are stamps in the service record up to 126, 000 miles.
Further Information
The vehicle is currently non-running but it will not require very much work to get back on the road and the general condition of the car is great if you are looking for a good shell or interior.
