One of a kind totally unique custom build Peugeot J9 pizza van. This van was built in 1982 originally being a sausage/ deli van catering in the south of France regions. This was was in south of France for 37 years until we have acquired it and converted it into what you see now a “ retro pizza van “ but it’s not limited to pizza as it has a built it double fridge with a on board compressor all running of 240 via a 3 pin caravan style adaptor. So turn up get plugged in and the possibilities are endless. We currently have a 90cm wood fired installed on a custom bracket. Unfortunately the oven is currently on a loan to us so not included with the sale but an oven could be arranged for additional price should it be needed. Anyways I have a lot to say about the van but typing it all up in here will not do it’s justice.
Please note that the vehicle is 38 years old and does show its age but we call it character. It’s a truly amazing van which captures allot of attention and gets us regular bookings unfortunately we have started this venture while being in full time employment and keeping up with both has become a lot of pressure so we decided to test the water and put it up for sale. This is could become a great money making scheme.
She has had over 100 man hours of work put in her so it has been hard to price but we thing she’s worth every penny.
Last but not least we have also spent 2k on the engine to get various bits replaced/ serviced but she is leaking a little bit of oil from the bottom end and therefore we have limit the travel to 5/ 6 and therefore stuck to local events.
