1929 Austin 7 'AD' Chummy
The subject of a professional restoration completed in 2013, this example of the immortal Austin Seven Chummy was first registered in Devon on 9th July 1929.
Attractively finished in Aconite and black, the car has first class weather equipment. In the past couple of years it has been sparingly used, but has proved very enjoyable and reliable to its owner, who was a member of Dorset Austin Seven Club.
When the restoration was finished, the car was reunited with its original registration number and a copy of the DVLA Register of Motor Vehicle Licences is included for the ‘DV’ prefix series numbers, dating to 1929.
