We are pleased to offer a superb 1995 Volvo 850 T-5R estate finished in black with contrasting dark leather/ alcantara interior.
This example has been sourced by ourselves via our Japanese agent. As such it is totally rust free and in superb unrestored, mostly unmodified and unabused condition. It has a full service/ inspection history consisting of 20 sheets and has covered 171500 kms which equates to just 106330 miles.
It is a very genuine and original example that still has its original bookpack, overmats, toolkit and 2 keys. Also present in the file is a copy of the Japanese auction inspection report, export certificate and other related import paperwork. The only modifications from standard spec that I have been able to find are the fitment of Bilstein B4 dampers, upgraded stereo unit and tweeters in the 'A' pillar interior trims.
Since its arrival in the UK in December 2018 we have replaced all 4 tyres, heater matrix, front top mounts and ignition switch. We have also had the bonnet and roof repainted as they had been affected by the sunlight in Japan; this is a much nicer issue to have to deal with than though than the rot that is often present on UK cars! Over summer 2019 this T-5R was hired out to a TV production company that wanted the car with it's previously flat bonnet/ roof paintwork for use as a main character car on the Netflix series 'The Stranger' which has recently been broadcast.
The specification includes air-con, cruise control, electric front seats (heated), electric glass sunroof, 17" alloys, dark wood trim, ABS/ TC, trip computer, rear spoiler and more.
Overall condition as you can expect is superb (especially underneath) and the black paintwork really suits this iconic model.
The MOT runs until November 2020 with no advisories.
