Mini Moke Longbridge Manufactured year 1966. It has no rust and paint and body work are immaculate.
It has 28. 000 Kms on the clock but mileage will be slightly higher. Only done less than 1. 000 kms in the last 20 years. Only travels from collector´s premises to MOT Station and to some shows or magazine road tests. Probably the only unit available worldwide with Barton designed hard top. This top was built by Grantura whom rescued the moulds from Barton after they closed down, Alec Issigonis himself was involved in the molds search and panel manufacturing supporting the present owner, an ex BMC Employee at Longbridge, residing in Madrid.
Hard top can be easily removed for summer use. It has 12” Dunlop Alloy Rims with period Good Year Rally Specials. Also included original 10” steel wheels with Dunlop Country tyres and also original soft top, side fittings and arches.
This is really a collector´s unit, so only serious enquiries please. In 1971-72 it was featured in an article in a Sunday Times Supplement in the UK, and in later times in several Spanish Classic Car Magazines.
