1988 MERCEDES BENZ W126 300SE - FACELIFT MODEL
We are delighted to be able to offer to market this absolutely stunning Signal red w126 saloon. This is one of the most genuine 126 we have ever had in our possession. It has covered 149000 miles, drives without fault and is an absolute credit to its previous owners.
Within the last couple of years it has had an impressive amount of maintenance including a large service in September - oil and filter change, transmission fluid service including new filter, new coolant, new genuine fuel pump fitted, new battery, new radiator. The last Mot was completed in May 2019 and it did not have a single advisory.
The last owner has owned the car since 2017 but he did in fact also own it back in 2013 looking through the history and bought it back from the chap he sold it to as he missed the car so much! A great advert for just how nice this car is.
The engine bay is incredibly clean throughout and the inner wings have been permanently kept clear of leaves and dirt as this can be a terrible corrosion spot for w126 if not kept clear - a good sign that it has been well looked after. the car has been well protected on the underside also having a full waxoyl treatment which means there is no rust in any of the usual problem areas such as door bottoms, arches and sills.
Everything works on this car exactly as it should and it is an absolute delight to drive.
Please note that due to government restrictions in the light of the COVID 19 pandemic physical viewings are not possible as our premises are closed to the general public. We have uploaded a youtube video with an honest appraisal of the car overall and there are multiple pictures of the car both inside and out. We can also provide extra video’s/ pictures for any interested parties.
We also have an agreement in place with a transport company who is able to offer a contactless delivery in line with government guidelines at a very competitive rate, all the paperwork can be completed online aswell as contactless payment.
You are also able to reserve the vehicle and arrange for delivery once the lockdown restrictions are relaxed should you prefer.
