1947 Rover 12HP 1495 cc Open Four Seat Tourer A Rare Rover Motor Car Which presents extremely well . Supporting history confirms this Rover has been very well maintained , Recorded are an engine rebuild , Re wiring , Instruments overhauled , Carburettor renewed , Suspension and steering rebuilt and a New RF-95 regulator fitted along with much more . Contrasting green leather interior . Hood and side screens and a recently replaced tonaue cover present . I can confirm after a drive out in the Rover that the vehicle is charging , Maintains good oil pressure and there are no signs of overheating or water loss .
