A chance to snap up a rare Mk1 3 door Golf GTI with only 47800 miles. Its time to let our Mark1 Golf GTI go to a new owner. We have had this excellent car in the family since 2007, we are only the 2nd owners from new. It has such very low documented mileage at only 47800. We also have the original "Bill Of Sale" from 1981 - Munn and Chapman Volkswagen and lots of history/ receipts/ servicing and MOT certificates. It has been very well looked after with regular servicing and new parts added as required. The bodywork has been tidied over the years to keep it looking nice. The interior is original and in nice condition, and being such low and original mileage the engine and gearbox drives extremely well. Next year the car will be Tax and MOT exempt as it was built in 1981. Current MOT till 17th November this year. Presently used as a once weekly leisurely drive, its nostalgic and exciting to drive and very reliable. Only selling due to acquiring other classics and more space is required.
