Resplendent in its primrose and black coachwork, this sporty little beast is ready, and wanting to be used as it has been up until now. It is in very good condition overall with lovely patina. There are a few blemishes here and there, but nothing to worry about. The black interior is in good condition, as are the hood and side screens which have hardly been used. This car is a pleasure to sit in and drive, with its lovely spoked steering wheel, full set of gauges (all working) and marvellous view down the bonnet - Austin Sevens are such a lot of fun. The engine, although not the original, was built with Phoenix crank and rods, high compression cylinder head, up-rated oil pump, full flow oil filter and SU carb - the result is that the car is very lively and good to drive. In recent times, it has had a brake overhaul, rewire and re-upholster. All in all, a great little Austin - it even has a very adjustable seat - so even very tall people can get in and drive it! Comes with V5C, file of paperwork which includes history and photos of renovation. The last MOT expired in June 2020 and it hasn't gone far since.
