It boasts an exceptional and continuous service record, always carried out by RR main dealers and respected marque specialists, accompanied by supporting documentation carefully filed in two A4 ring binders. Supplied new by H. A. Fox, Dover Street, London to the first owner Mr Haskins, Director of Builders Merchants, Texsol. A late model towards the end of Shadow production, bearing the more desirable 00 VIN number of SRH0041369, which included some Silver Spirit upgrades on these run out models. These cars give immediate feedback the minute one opens the door, studies the surroundings, breathes in the atmosphere, starts up and drives 50 yards. This car has no hesitation in letting one know it has never been starved of the correct servicing and maintenance required to give the correct super smooth glide, with the RR signature precision smooth feel from the hydraulic brake pedal that is so often lost in lesser examples. Recent works carried out include a major brake overhaul, including 4 replacement calipers, 10 new high pressure brake hoses and 4 factory specification Avon Turbosteel tyres fitted.
