Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser – Lovely original RHD Japanese built petrol FJ40
4. 2 litre 2F straight six, manual gearbox, upgraded PAS

The subject of a recent restoration it was found to need no welding to the body or chassis and still retains its original floor pan. Resprayed in red, the black interior has been fully re-trimmed including new carpets, a high specification canvas top fitted and a replacement speedometer installed (previous reading 64000 km), all work has been undertaken to a very high standard.
The 2F straight 6-cylinder engine is sound and runs very well with no smoke or oil leaks. Specification includes a four-speed manual gearbox, upgraded power steering, all new wheel bearings, brake shoes and cylinders, fresh engine and diff oil and new spring bushes and spark plugs.
The new tyres (265/ 70/ 16) and new 16? wheels (including matching spare) with front freewheel hubs are unused except for road testing. Recently imported to the UK, this desirable ‘classic’ FJ40 is offered with Swansea V5C, no advisories MOT to December 2019, a letter from the Toyota Enthusiasts Club confirming its origin and a VIN decoder sheet.
