One of the last true Aston Martin thoroughbreds to be hand-built - no Mercedes Benz technology or turbo-charged engines to be found beneath the bonnet here, just a monstrously powerful 6 litre V12, thus making perhaps the Vanquish S the marque's ultimate Grand Tourer.
This lovely 2 plus 2 example is presented in meteorite silver with a obsidian black full hide interior. Along with the high standard specification the current owner has added for ease, both front and rear (reversing) cameras plus discreet blue tooth connectivity.
Further significant attractions of this car is it has had just two former keepers since its registration back in May 2007 and has been religiously serviced from day one.... the sixteen official Aston Martin service stamps verify both its exceptional mechanical pedigree and limited mileage of 8, 800 miles from new too. In fact the car is completely ready to go having been entrusted to Nick Mee Ltd just 400 miles ago in April 2020.
Purchased in 2013 from 'Bramley', it certainly would have needed to be an exceptional car to have passed muster there! Nothing has changed, its exemplary condition is commensurate with its low mileage and evidently the correct care has been lavished upon it. Never left open to the elements, its either been garaged or continually professionally stored and has benefitted from a paint protection application from day one.
Driving back from Petersfield last week I had quite forgotten the huge sense of occasion once behind the wheel, not forgetting the fabulous engine note plus the crackle and pop from the exhaust too, it is simply exhilarating.
