1969 H Morris Mini Van in Everglade green with original tan seats. This mini van was purchased new by an elderly lady who used it sparingly for 10 years. It was then dry stored for 24 years. It was then bought by a BMC collector who fully appreciated the remarkable original condition that it was in. He spent time carefully stripping the shell which required repainting due to faded paint. All of the original subframes where cleaned and painted to a concours standard and the original shell was also painted underneath to a high gloss finish. There is no evidence of any restoration or welding and the shell is lovely and straight with good panel and door fit. They key to this van is that it has never been a commercial vehicle and used and abused like most. It has also covered just 17800 miles from new which must be one of the lowest mileages in the world for a mini van. The interior is all original with the correct rubber floor matting, door cards and dash cards. The original battery cover is present as is the spare wheel etc. It has had 4 owners from new and has won numerous shows awards which are with the history file.
