This 1979 little starlet has run daily without any problems since coming into my posession in September 2004. Unfortunately due to a combination of city centre office relocation and the car failing its MOT on 11th December I have relunctantly decided to sell the car.
The mileage stands at 81432 and mechanically the engine is sound, never failing once in the last 5 years. Failure of the MOT was due to front shock absorbers negligble damping, (all metal) brake pipe excessively corroded and front tryes need replacing. Due to its age there is now corrosion apprearing on the body work, wheel arches.
The car is as originally purchased complete with the original Toyota toolroll in the boot, being only the 2nd owner I also have the original receipt for £2443. 00
This would make an excellent restoration project for a Toyota enthusiast or supply of donor parts for an existing Starlet.
