1963 Austin Mini Countryman. Grey with red leather upholstery and perfect wood. This amazing Mini was rebuilt in 2005 with a modern twist, restored using modern mechanical components to create a sixties car that drives just like a current car. We understand the car was built by MBM Minis of Bristol in 2005 and then sold to the last keeper who has owned the car for 14 years and formed part of a Mini collection and covered very little mileage in this time. The condition of the car speaks for itself and is excellent throughout. It drives without fault and is a pleasure in modern traffic. The idea was to combine the fun-factor of early Minis with later features. Fitted with a 1275 engine, uprated suspension, front discs etc. The paintwork is unmarked and as fresh as the day it was restored. The interior looks fabulous with later seating in red leather and smart red carpeting. The dashboard, fascia and steering wheel are from a later Cooper. The quality of the workmanship is superb throughout and rarely equalled. Enhanced with Superlight chrome-alloy wheels and a period registration number. A well-mixed cocktail of Sixties Boy-Racer and modern practicality. MOT ands Tax exempt Although MOT’d until May 2021 with no advisories. Absolutely any inspection is welcome.
