This car has only had two former owners from new with one being the supplying dealer and the current owner from Radcliffe on Trent has owned the car for 33 years this year after having bought it in October 1988. The car has only covered a genuine 46, 882 miles from new with a full and comprehensive Mercedes Benz main dealer Service History.
It has been maintained by Mercedes Benz dealer B & K Thomas Ltd in Nottingham during his 33 years of ownership with the last service carried out by them in May 2018 @ 46, 525 miles - only 357 miles ago!
The car did have new sills and front and rear valances + a lower half repaint not long after he bought it and the car really still is in excellent condition with no rust anywhere and the bulkhead is not an issue on this car as we have checked and all because it has been looked after properly and garaged all of its life.
This is a great car to drive and it will certainly be a good investment as prices of these early R107 series SL's are rising steadily.
It will also have some nice publicity to go with its history, as it was recently used by a film company for a Kylie Minogue pop video and had a part in a yet to be released film!
Car on display @ our showrooms in Mortlake, SW London.
