Here is for sale my Gilbern Invader MK3 in good working order. Bought by myself 2 years ago and not driven much, only 1000 miles.
Last French MoT indicated 3 minor defects with no obligation to correct them
- not usual VIN number (!) not the 17 characters as nowadays
- no manufacturer plate (I think none were fitted on those cars)
- lack of battery clamping (a metallic belt at mid height is there but wasn't noticed by the inspector)
This Gilbern is number 131 out of the 212 built and is of course RHD.
Possibility for UK buyer to get back its original reg number if wanted as V5 was kept to prove it.
Huge number of receipts, tax discs and Mot's available showing the increasing mileage from year to year, this could also be checked on Motcheck web site
Full traceability of ownership available since its first registration and even some time laps at Prescott hill climb.
Car was originally red but was repainted in full during its recommission around 2008.
Recent servicing done with oil and filter changed as well as a membrane on carb.
Car is located in France, postcode 27920 which means around 80 miles from Le Havre, Dieppe and 155 miles from Calais so quite handy to make return crossing within the same day if early arrival in France.
