Here at Old Colonel Cars we are delighted to have a superb, very original example of the classic BMW convertible E30 325i Convertible.
A very rare to find 1 Owner example and its a manual.
This amazing example has covered only 73, 000 Miles.
Finished in classic Alpine White with a full Black leather sports interior, this example is not to be missed. The paintwork is in excellent condition, a lovely deep all over shine. Look closer, no rust, all solid arches, sills, jacking points etc. This example looks to be very original, look at the pictures underneath, an amazing example, very hard to find like this now. The condition reflects that’s its a 1 Owner car that’s been cared for carefully, always kept garaged and used as a special car.
The Black sports leather is again in excellent condition, lovely soft leather, original extra thick floor mats protecting the carpet. Again look closer, lovely door cards, unmarked dash. Its has the original Pioneer dealer stereo still fitted and working correctly, complete with original manual.
This BMW features the lovely 15 inch BBS alloys, all tyres have just recently been replaced.
Obviously service history is very important, this example benefits from a full service history. We have all the original manuals, a fully stamped original service book, a folder full of the all the old service receipts and all old MOT’S, a full set of keys, unmarked toolkit etc. If you like paperwork with your classic, this car will not disappoint. Whilst mentioning keys, we have all the factory keys including the rare, original factory alarm key, a rare option on these early E30’s. You got an extra key, this goes in the extra lock on drivers door. This then activates the alarm, lighting a red led on door and under the rear number plate. Very rare and fully working on this lovely car.
The manual roof is in lovely condition, Black, not faded, opens and closes easily.
The 325i straight six engine, sounds and runs perfectly. Nice and quite from cold, no hesitation, all the performance is there. It has a nice light clutch, the 5 speed manual gearbox has a nice tight gear change.
If you are looking for an excellent example of the classic e30 convertible, this example must be seen. Prices for these are rising, but more importantly, they are a great classic to own and enjoy.
