SUMMARY
Originally supplied by Whitestone Mercedes, Ballasalla, Isle of Man on 22nd February 1988, this well specified W126 came over to the mainland in June 1991, where it remained with the same owner until 2007, after which it was bough by an enthusiast who cosseted the car right up 2016, when it was bought by a professional gentleman from Hale Barns in Cheshire who used it as his main everyday car, covering around 20K miles, to me thats a "Classic Car perfect" use at around 4, 000 miles a year; just enough to keep it moving, but not too much to spoil it. This ownership and use has paid dividends as this is probably one of the best W126s of its vintage your likely to come across, with rare working air-conditioning too. Most W126's in this condition are usually restored or Japanese imports; this is neither of those, and is a totally original UK supplied car.
THE MTSV DIFFERENCE
Unlike some, I don’t just simply go out, buy any old car, give it a good clean, then advertise it for more than the purchase price, disregarding any issues the car may have in the hope the new buyer won’t notice…I just couldn’t do that. The cars I source are carefully selected and I work very hard so that when my cars leave me, I have the satisfaction of knowing they are as good as they possibly can be within the constraints I have.
