We are delighted to present for sale our most recent John Brown 4×4 URBAN CRAWLER Edition, presented in Azure Blue. This vehicle was inspired by some of our previous editions that we have produced which have proved to be exceptionally popular – this is an opportunity to own a unique Land Rover® in terms of specification and colour.
As can be seen from the photos, this Series 3 enjoys a host of extras…. a stunning colour combination of the Azure Blue set off against black detailing, flared arches with large modular wheels and tyres on spacers, JB 4×4 swingaway wheel carrier with cover, new canvas, working snorkel for wading, diff guard protection, towing eyelets, chequerplate wing tops, larger defender mirrors, vintage plates and lamp guards to the front. This combination was carefully thought out and we think it has produced a handsome one off vehicle.
The interior has been fitted with a pair of deluxe highback seats, with central cubby box. There is a seat belt bar with colour coded blue seatbelts to complete the look. Door cards and front carpeting are also fitted along with a racing style steering wheel. The rear is unfitted but can house bench seats for £395 if required.
Not only does this vehicle look good, due to its high specification, it goes well too – it benefits from a 300TDi engine with turbocharger, mated to an overdrive and larger wheels and tyres to maximise the extra power on offer. Indeed, the previous owners have also uprated the suspension to Parabolic Springs to give a better ride quality – so this Series 3 has enjoyed some well thought out upgrades. Of course, this vehicle is both MOT and Tax Exempt and so not only is it powerful and economical on fuel but should prove to be a vehicle that can sit on the drive without the need for regular MOTs or costs of taxing.
