1992 K reg Mini British Open Classic 1275 special edition. Finished in metallic green with tweed effect interior and full length electric sunroof. One of 1000 produced in 1992 of this super special edition, with just under 150 now left on the road.
I bought this cheeky chap at the end of last year after it failed its MOT due to the rear sub frame mounts being corroded. Corrective work was professionally undertaken meaning the Mini now has an MOT through to January 2023.
The Mini has been thoroughly overhauled and serviced and I have also fitted new chrome front and rear bumpers.
Very original with all the British Open Classic features still present although it has lost its radio over the years.
102k miles which is good going for a mini, especially one that drives as well as this one. It's nippy rather than fast and keeps up with modern day traffic with no problem. Lots of history plus the original book pack and bills for work undertaken over the years.
Only 6 previous owners and HPI clear.
This Mini is one to use and improve as you wish. The sunroof cover has shrunk slightly, and whilst the Mini polishes up well the paint isn't perfect.
