Beskrivning
This sidecar had been fitted to my 1933 BSA sloper for many years until the bike was recently sold. It was a real shame to split the two up, but the buyer just wanted the bike on its own.
Although fitted to a 1933 bike, I think the sidecar was from a slightly later era? Both the bike and sidecar had a sympathetic restoration before my ownership around 15 years ago. It has always been dry stored and had regular use during the summer. All the fittings are present and when it was fitted to mine it rode beautifully.
The roof is removable and water tight. It has a very large boot with a lock and key. A chrome rack on the boot lid for a wicker hamper (I have one just the right size). The interior has good carpet, lovely panels and a comfy leather seat. Lights are 6V. Woodwork and frame are sound. Bodywork straight. Bearings and tyre are good. Wheel rim and spokes straight.
Any questions or viewings are welcome.
