1991 W124 300e 24v saloon. These are quite a rare variant of the W124 series.
91k miles. This is nothing for this car!
The car has an AMG kit and AMG 18” monoblocks.
Stainless Exhaust
Really nice luxury full leather black interior with electric seats and head rests. The rear head rests even drop down at a push of a button!
Continental headunit with Bluetooth. This headunit is really tasteful with no flashy leds, giving the appearance of an OEM unit.
Lots of mechanical and preventative maintenance done:
- Alternator refurbished
- Oil & Filter
- Air filter
- Gearbox serviced – fresh oil and new filter, and new sump pan
- New gearbox cooler pipe
- Throttle Decel switch changed for new one
- New throttle return spring
- Coolant temp sensor
- Dizzy cap and rotor arm
- Spark plugs, and new magnecor HT leads
- New double fuel pumps (Bosch), with new fuel filter
- Engine sump gasket changed. This is a difficult and expensive job as the engine has to be lifted to get the sump out. In the end it was easy to take the engine out! So piece of mind that this won’t leak.
I’m sure there is plenty I have missed but overall this is a really well cared. There is no rust on the car. The paint work is good, there is only a blemish to the rear bumper trim (black plastic), it has a scuff on one of the corners. This never bothered me – you can pick up a new plastic moulding for about 30quid, or you could dye it if you wanted. The only other thing is the wheels could do with a refurb.
It does come with some history and bills + MOTs. The car has current MOT till feb next year, however it is SORN at the moment as it's not in use.
