1994 Suzuki Cappuccino
The Cappuccino is a fun convertible sports car designed to meet the Japanese KEI car class limitations, which restricts size and engine capacity in order to provide cheaper road tax and insurance. It proved to be a cult classic not only for its looks but also performance, beating an mx5 around the famous Tsukuba circuit whilst having half the power of its competition
These cars are amazing to drive, 700KG, a manual gearbox and a turbocharged 3 Cylinder DOHC engine that revs to 9K rpm its easy to see why...
This example has covered just 84K miles from new and drives exactly as it should. There are no strange noises and the engine has plenty of power. It has 11 months of MOT remaining
Its recently had a new alternator, new battery and 4 new tyres.
Its finished in Bright Red with Grey roof panels, which is the best colour for these cars. The roof sections are removable and stow away neatly in seperate bags in the boot. The bodywork on this one is in good condition for its age and only has a few minor marks here and there. It has had lots of welding done in the past, looks to have had both sills done and a few bits on the floor pans and inner rear arches. Its not the neatest work in the world but its done its job
The interior is in good condition and is all original excluding the headunit which is aftermarket - has bluetooth to connect your phone. Everything works as it should. Still has the original floormats which is nice to see
