Classic Car Design offers you this impressive 2007 Corvette C6 in its very muscular Z06 version! The car can be recognized by its wide fenders, its side gills and its "nostril" in front of the bonnet. Beware, we are dealing with a real brute: the 7-litre LS7 V8 delivers more than 500 hp which is transmitted to the rear wheels only via a manual gearbox! The very essence of a car. Fortunately, Chevrolet has made great progress on the chassis compared to its predecessor. This Corvette does not have to be ashamed of the sports cars from Stuttgart or Maranello.
On the outside, the aesthetics leave no doubt about the claims of the beast. The generous and typical Corvette shapes are back. The "full black" package gives it a very aggressive look, enhanced by the red brake calipers and the small "Chevrolet racing" logos... The paint is in good condition, we just notice some defects on the generous front spoiler. The car remains superb and imposing!
Inside, black dominates with some grey inserts on the seats. Leather is omnipresent with beautiful saddle stitching in light grey thread right down to the dashboard. Z06 embroidery adorns the seats. The roof lining is covered in Alcantara. Some of the plastics are finished in a "carbon" style that reinforces the sporty atmosphere. The equipment is generous, air conditioning, Bose hi-fi, navigation, heated semi-electric seats, head-up display, keyless go... Everything is in very good condition. A very positive point about this sporty car is that it has a generous boot which is very accessible via the large rear hatch!
Mechanically, it is a pure American car with its huge V8, but it is also a real sports car with its manual gearbox. I let you imagine the roar of the engine distilled by the valve-regulated exhaust system, whether at start-up or at each gear change! To say that it accelerates hard is an understatement, fortunately the brakes are of generous size. The whole thing works perfectly, it's a car that can take you on the road for track sessions!
In France since 2009, it is obviously a French car. This is the Corvette that rises to the level of competing cars but with an unbeatable price-performance ratio!
