motodrome offer for sale this 1995 military-spec FFR TUM Land Rover Defender 110 2. 5 Diesel soft top, finished in Desert Sand.
fitted with: steering guard, front light guards, a matching set of 5 Goodyear G90 tyres on Wolf heavy-duty rims (all tyres less than 5 years old), checkerplate to wingtops, near-new Exmoor Trim windowed vinyl hood, rear bumperettes, rear light guards and NATO towhook.
Internally it has 2 civilian-style seats in the front (which are heated), centre cubby box and the correct military roll bar. In the load area there are 4 sets of two-man bench seats (with belts) making it an ideal beach runner.
This one was renovated by Rugged Guide Land Rover of Liverpool in 2013/ 4, topping it off with a bare-metal respray in Desert Sand,. Importantly, they resisted the temptation to put a 200tdi conversion in, so it retains it’s military-spec 12J normally aspirated diesel motor, which is a military reconditioned unit – the data plaque says 2001.
They then supplied it to the last owner in 2014, from whom we’ve just acquired it.
Odometer reading 105000 kms (66000m ) , and it comes with MOT to February 2023 and 6 months warranty (if supplied in the UK)
We have details of it’s military service as CF 91 AA, plus a sheaf of bills since 2014.
