I am selling my 960 estate. At 288000 miles, it's had a good innings, but there are plenty more miles left in it. It has been well maintained over the years , with any repairs needed , done as required. It has recently (272k) had the cam belt, water pump and radiator changed. The car runs and drives well , most things work with the exception of the N/ S/ F window and the A/ C is not as cold as it should be. It has a tow bar and working self levelling rear suspension . Alas, cosmetically, it's a little challenged, not unlike the owner ! with lots of peeling lacquer and a general air of scruffiness. . The body is straight and rock solid with no rust , it is also very solid underneath, with no rust issues at all. . The interior is relatively tidy, with the exception of the usual vinyl lifting on the door cards. The car is dry inside with no water ingress issues or unpleasant smells. You are not going to win any prizes at Pebble Beach any time soon, but if you want a comfortable useful old car to waft about in between doing tip runs / moving stuff etc and you don't want the rust issues that go with old cars , this is the car for you. Yes its done lots of miles and it's a bit scruffy, but its got ten months MOT and is the cheapest 960 estate in the country.
