Hexagon Classics are delighted to offer this low mileage Scuderia Spider 16M, which was the Ferrari F430’s swansong model. Only 499 cars were produced which makes this one of the most collectable of all modern Ferraris. The exclusivity of the interior is underscored by the silver “limited series” plaque just above the air vents at the centre of the dashboard and the rear grille also bears a special commemorative plaque.
Celebrating the win of the 2008 Formula 1 constructor’s world title this car carries the name Scuderia Spider 16M. The Scuderia Spider 16M combines the 430 Scuderia’s innovative content with the pleasure of driving the open F430 Spider.
The best part of the 16M is that it enhances the Scuderia experience. With the roof down the noise is simply fantastic. That flat plane 90-degree V8 Ferrari engine, all 503hp revving to 8, 500 rpm is perhaps the best thing one will ever hear and the closest thing to an F1 engine one will ever experience. Turbocharged Ferraris don’t get close to the same excitement and involvement. The power to weight ratio is 2. 6kg/ hp which gives the 16M a 196 mph (317kph) top speed and 0-62 mph acceleration in just 3. 7 seconds this is a sonorous flying machine.
Our car is a 2009 example, supplied new by Mille Miglia Motors in Starnberg, Germany. Boasting a large history file & accompanying invoice, this stunning example has covered just 2, 240 km and really is the best of the magnificent breed. It is UK registered and all ready for its next owner to enjoy.
